Mechanical + Electrical
5,000+ LF of underground Perma-Pipe hydronic piping connecting the new midfield cooling plant to Satellite Terminal One and the Global Terminal. Pipe sizes 8"–30", 100% X-ray welds.

Comprehensive access control and CCTV surveillance across 20 floors — approximately 130 access-controlled doors and 95 surveillance cameras, from infrastructure through commissioning.
