Recent Wins
Mechanical + Electrical
Furnish and install 5,000+ LF of underground Perma-Pipe hydronic piping connecting the new midfield cooling plant to Satellite Terminal One and the Global Terminal. Pipe sizes range from 8" to 30", with 100% X-ray welds.
HVAC
Installed (2) new make-up air units, (3) rooftop units, (1) dedicated outdoor air system, and (11) split systems. Added 5 PSI natural gas piping for new rooftop equipment and existing pool equipment, and rerouted mechanical services to fit the new locker rooms.
HVAC
Furnishing and installing hot water piping for a steam-to-hot-water conversion, new heat exchanger and trim, and new AC split systems with associated piping. Reclaiming ethylene glycol systems, flushing, and replacing with propylene glycol.

Low Voltage
We are currently delivering a comprehensive access control and CCTV surveillance installation for a multi-story facility spanning 20 floors. The project includes the installation, integration, and commissioning of approximately 130 access-controlled doors and 95 surveillance cameras. Our scope of work encompasses system infrastructure, device installation, testing, and coordination with other trades to ensure seamless integration with building operations. This deployment enhances site security, improves visibility, and provides reliable, code-compliant solutions designed to meet the client’s operational and safety requirements
